Stretching – a beginners guide to yoga!
This five week course for those who want to get a better stretch and/or are new to yoga. We’ll explore classical Hatha yoga postures to improve your flexibility, as well as breathing and relaxation in a friendly and welcoming environment. The course will provide a good grounding in the fundamentals of stretching and yoga and aims to give you the experience and knowledge to confidently join any general level classes.
