DESCRIPTION

Amy and Gemma are excited to be teaching their first wellness workshop at Yoga at the Reach. The 3 hour afternoon retreat will explore the mutual benefits of yoga, mindfulness meditation and essential oils to bring a sense of calm and balance back to our busy, modern lives.

Ideal for all levels including beginners to yoga, the session will begin with a brief introduction to essential oils, followed by a grounding and centering 45 minute Hatha yoga practice integrating oils that bring harmony to the mind and body.

Taking time for refreshments, there will be a talk on how to use oils in both yoga and life to enhance your practice and health, with an opportunity to try different blends.

This will be followed by a restorative, relaxing yoga and meditation session this time using a comforting blend of oils, and restful, supported postures to calm the mind and body.

The session will close with time for tea and any questions or observations relating to the session. You will take away a doTERRA essential oil sample to try out and enjoy at home.
