Get your body back after the birth of your baby with our post natal recover yoga course. Babies join us for strengthening practices focusing on backs, core and pelvic floor. The course starts on 7th June for 7 weeks (Wednesdays, 13:00-14:30).

Mama’s and Baba’s Back to Practice Yoga Course
If you have finished your post natal yoga course or feel ready to take up a regular yoga practice again, this is the course for you. We will teach you a practice that is easy to remember and takes account of any level of practice and ability. The course will include work with the pelvic floor and breath practice. This is your opportunity to get a bit of ‘me time’ and yoga practice. Babies and children very welcome but under mama’s supervision. The course starts on 7th June for 7 weeks (Wednesdays, 11:45-12:45).
