*We keep our classes small to ensure that you get the most out of them (no more than 20 ladies & babies)
*Our baby yoga classes are tailor made to address the general issues that babies have as they grow. We are able to accommodate babies needs across all pre-crawling ages and adapt the moves according to their developmental stage
*There is ample parking surrounding our studio as we are next to the Co-Op on Eccelsall Road
*You can try your first baby yoga class for free and see what you think
*We offer different types of class passes and prices to suit your individual needs
**NEW CLASSES & NEW TEACHERS**
Postnatal Belly Dancing
We are offering mama’s and baba’s the chance to shimmy, shake and shape up with this lively new dance class. These classes will help you improve your general fitness, flexibility and muscle tone especially within the abdomen. The sessions are light-hearted and will help you lift your spirits and confidence as well as finding new ways to soothe and comfort your baby. Please note that you must have sign off from your 6 weeks check up to attend this class and all babies must be carried in a sling. This is a course.
Thurs 11:00-12:00 (6 week course starts June 8th)
Hitting the post natal nail straight on the head, our post natal pilates classes focus on building up your deep abdominal and pelvic floor muscles, aiding their recovery and strengthening pregnancy. Our classes are a great way to meet other mums, with whom you can share your thoughts and experiences and find a new set of friends and social life! This is a course.

Yoga for mama’s and baba’s
The next step up from post natal yoga, the course is designed to re-introduce mama’s to a regular yoga practice helping you build strength, stamina and confidence whilst developing calming breathing techniques and re-discovering your post natal bodies. The course has many benefits including finding headspace to live in your new post natal world and deal with your post natal life. This is a course.
Wed 11:30-12:30 (7 week course starting soon)
There are two options with our baby yoga classes.
1). A flexible pass – a five session pass useable over an 8 week period at £30, you can buy your pass here .
2). A consecutive pass – a five week pass useable within 5 weeks of purchase at £25.00, you can buy your pass here.
3). Drop in option – You can buy a one class pass here
