We run women’s only Ashtanga classes which takes into account the needs of the busy ladies who attend and offers that all important, nurturing, “me time”. Our practice is fine-tuned every week to take our changing needs for practice into account.

Ashtanga self practice is open to all levels of practitioner from beginners upwards. Get all the benefits of a 1-2-1 yoga session whilst going to class. Ashtanga for beginners plus class and course

This class is for those who would like to consolidate and advance their Ashtanga yoga practice – an ideal stepping stone for those who have completed a beginners course, or who have some experience, but who don’t yet feel ready to join a half primary led class. We’ll explore the sequence at a slower pace taking time to explore specific asanas (yoga poses), the bandhas, breath and drishti.

Thurs 18:00 – 19:15 (8th June) Thursdays will offer a structured ‘level up’ course to our new beginners to take you though the next part of the ashtanga practice in a more methodical approach. This is a course and you can buy your class pass here.

Ashtanga Half Primary

Looking to move your ashtanga up a notch, this class is a straight half primary series talk through and is faster paced than beginners plus, taking you to navasana and, time permitting, beyond!

Mysore is for anyone who wants to learn the ashtanga series and get the benefits of a calmed mind and body for the whole day! We are delighted to be adding to our morning Mysore programme by introducing another morning! From June 21st we are adding Wednesdays to the schedule taking the programme up to three days a week – Tues/Wed/Friday.  Wednesdays will be the same time as the current Tuesday and Friday offerings 06:30-08:30.  Wednesday’s 10:30-12:00 Mysore class will continue as usual.
